Lina’s journey from burnout to wholeness.
For over 15 years, Lina worked at the intersection of human capital and organizational leadership — advising CHROs and senior HR executives at Fortune 500 companies through her work at SHRM and in human capital research and advisory. She understood how people perform, how cultures break, and what it takes to rebuild from within.
But her most meaningful work began through her own renovation.
After years of professional success, Lina navigated burnout, deep misalignment, and a serious digestive illness that brought everything to a pause. What followed wasn't a transformation into someone new — it was a return to herself.
